777 Skills is a private, business-to-business back-office application. It is used by employees and appointed managers of Vending & Delivery LLC, d/b/a 777 Skills ("we", "us") to record and review cash takings from gaming and retail machines across the company's locations. It is not a consumer product, it contains no gambling or wagering functionality, and members of the public cannot register for an account.
Accounts are created only by an administrator inside the company. If you are using this app, you were issued credentials by your employer or the operator you work with.

Your data is used solely to operate the application: to sign you in, to enforce which locations you may see, to compute and present reports, to send you operational notifications, and to maintain the audit trail. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service:
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to investigate suspected fraud or misuse of the system.
Financial records and the audit trail are retained for as long as the operator's accounting and regulatory obligations require, and are not deleted on request where retention is legally mandated. Account identity data is retained while your account is active and removed when the account is deleted, subject to that same retention duty. Push tokens are removed when they become invalid or when you disable notifications.

Because this is a workplace system, some requests must be approved by the operator that issued your account, and records required for financial audit may be retained in anonymised form.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders in the app.
