Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Who may use this app

777 Skills is private business software provided by Vending & Delivery LLC, d/b/a 777 Skills to its own staff, managers and appointed location partners. Access requires credentials issued by an administrator. You may use the app only for the operator's business purposes and only for the locations assigned to you. It is intended for adults in a workplace setting.

2. What this app is not

777 Skills contains no gambling, wagering, betting, gameplay, simulated gaming or prize functionality of any kind. It does not process payments and holds no customer funds. It is an internal accounting and reporting tool that records cash already collected from machines.

3. Your account

4. Accuracy of entries

You must enter cash figures accurately and honestly. Every submission and every change is recorded in an immutable audit log with your identity and a timestamp. Deliberately entering false figures may be a breach of your employment or partnership terms and, depending on jurisdiction, of law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to circumvent the app's access controls; use it to store unlawful content; interfere with its operation; or extract data other than through the reporting and export features provided.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and connectivity problems can interrupt access.

7. Ownership

The application and its source code are owned by Vending & Delivery LLC, d/b/a 777 Skills. The business records you enter belong to the operator. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the app while you are authorised to do so.

8. Termination

Your access may be suspended or removed at any time by an administrator, for example when you change role or leave the business.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is". The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
